Terms and Conditions apply to all clients and visitors of our website, www.enville.net, and act as an official and integral agreement between EnVille inc. (“We”) and the client or visitor (“You”). Your use of the website and our services is subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and modify them at any time and without prior notice. Consult this section regularly to learn of amendments to these terms and conditions. By using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions and pledge to respect them at all times.

Use of the Website
By browsing our website or by registering, you are required to maintain the confidentiality of your password and your account (if that is the case), and are entirely responsible for all activities taking place using your password and account.

You declare that:

– All the information submitted during registration is true, accurate, and complete;

– You are using the website for yourself or if for a company, that you have the required authority to do so;

– Your use of the website is not in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

– You are 18 years or older.

If we have reasonable motives to suspect that your registration information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account and to disallow any current or future use of the website.

You agree to communicate with us via your email address for communications relating to your account, including but not limited to, registration notice, renewal, updates, and to send you communications requiring your personal information. PAYMENT METHODS
Billing transparency is our priority. Our commitment is that you will not be faced with any negative surprise upon receiving the bill. All fees are calculated and shown, and possible extra costs are clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Stays of 30 days or more do not attract taxes.

– The first payment is due before your arrival;

– Further payments are due on the first of the month, and we bill 15 days before the first of each month;

– You can stagger your payments for longer stays.

We accept:

– Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club);

– Wire transfers;

– Corporate checks.

REFUSAL RIGHT/BOOKING AMENDMENT
EnVille reserves the right to refuse any booking request. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend existing arrangements undertaken by our clients/visitors before or during their stay under any circumstances that may arise independently of our control or when we deem it necessary to perform work/repairs/renovations in the properties available for rent. If EnVille cancels a booking, we will take adequate measures to offer an alternative to our clients/visitors.

EnVille reserves the right to cancel or interrupt a rental not respecting our security measures and internal verifications. Those measures were put in place to ensure our clients/visitors, staff, and properties security.

RIGHT TO EXPULSE
EnVille reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and expulse a renter and/or his or her co-resident(s) without compensation and with immediate effect in cases of violation of one or more clauses of the contract, or if his or her behavior compromises security/peaceful enjoyment of the residents of the adjacent apartments and/or that of our team.

COMMENTS/COMPLAINTS
EnVille ensures, as much as possible, that the lodging offer presented respects our quality standards. Clients/visitors commit to directing any comment, question, or complaint to our team immediately after arrival. EnVille will not accept any refund request relating to a complaint lodged after the client/visitor has departed if said complaint was not brought to EnVille’s attention during the stay.

RENUNCIATION
If a clause, under terms and conditions, is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, it will then be interpreted according to the applicable law in such a way as to most closely reflect the original intention whereas all other clauses will remain in effect and enforceable.

The fact that we do not demand the application of a clause or agree to its non-execution, whether permanently or temporarily, cannot be interpreted as renouncing the rights arising from this clause.

LAW AND APPLICATION
These terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Federal laws. Any legal proceedings, disputes, claims or damages against EnVille Inc. or our services shall be under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Montreal.
