We are currently recruiting for a Business Development – Sales Executive.

EnVille is a leading provider of short term corporate accommodations with more than 40 apartments in Montreal.  We are looking to expand our bank of apartments and clientele. The company was founded in 1998 with the mission of offering international companies an alternative to hotels for their relocated employees.   For more information please visit

EnVille inc, based near Atwater Market, is looking for a skilled Business Development –Sales Executive. We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to seek new corporate clients and offer our apartments for rent in Montreal and possibly all over Canada. Chosen candidates must be willing to make a personal commitment to achieve the company’s sales objectives. In this role, you would assume the responsibility of managing all aspects of the sales cycle for prospects and clients


  • – Prospecting and Developing new and old accounts
  • – Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings
  • – Writing proposals, RFPs
  • – Negotiating agreements
  • – Qualifying customer needs and requirements
  • – Building and maintaining relationships
  • – Providing superior customer service
  • – Attending industry events



  • – Dynamic and good sense of humour
  • – 5 + years of successful sales experience
  • – Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • – Energetic team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • – A leading work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
  • – Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with  various    executives.
  • – Motivated and able to effectively prospect, identify and close sales opportunities
  • – Excellent communication (both verbal and written), questioning and listening skills in English and French
  • – Be well-organized and able to prioritize. Results driven.
  • – Able to periodically travel.
  • – Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
