STEP 1. REQUEST AVAILABILITY AND CONFIRMATION
For availability and reservations please go to the "Booking" drop down menu and click on "Booking Inquiry". There will be a request form to fill out, just fill in your information and your request will be sent to our booking agent who will update you by e-mail on our availabilities and prices in the next 24 hours. Do not hesitate to write any comments that will help our agent find you the best suitable place for your needs. Or, you may call our office at 514-931-7030 to speak with an agent directly.
STEP 2. RENTAL AGREEMENT
Once availability has been confirmed with our agent you may reserve the apartment by filling out and signing the rental agreement that our agent will send you and paying the booking deposit.
An email confirmation will be sent to you with the details of your booking once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Remember that our apartments have a requirement of a minimum of 30 days stay. No taxes are applicable.
STEP 3. PAYMENT
A security deposit equivalent to half of the monthly rate must be paid at the time of the booking and will be reimbursed after inspection of the premises.
The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservationand is equivalent to half of the monthly rate. The rent must be paid in upon arrival.
Important Note: Your reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when we receive the booking deposit.
Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable unless we receive written notice 14 days prior to check-in date.
